COVID-19 EMERGENCY RELIEF FUND

 

The coronavirus (COVID-19) has created an immediate crisis. Ferd & Gladys Alpert Jewish Family Service (Alpert JFS) considers the safety and well-being of the community our top priority and continues to serve our most vulnerable during this crisis.

Funds are needed for food and supplies, and for transportation to deliver these items to our seniors and Holocaust survivors.  As we continue to serve the needs of our clients, we are receiving calls to our Chai Line from families throughout the community who are seeking immediate help, as they struggle with anxiety, depression and isolation during this crisis. We are here to help and we’re welcoming new clients.

We remain true to our mission of meeting the human service needs of our community members during challenging times in their lives — especially in times of emergency and crisis.

We are asking for your help! 

Now more than ever, during this unprecedented health crisis, our community is counting on Alpert JFS to offer help and hope. Your much-needed support will help us help those in need of assistance with counseling, psychiatry, caregiver support, and long-term care services for seniors, Holocaust survivors, and people with disabilities.
