Adult Day Socialization Pricing $75 a day* (Hours of Service 9 AM – 2 PM)
Located in Palm Beach Gardens
*Some activities may have a surcharge. Participants will be responsible for the activity entry fee and food during community outings. There is $100 application fee to enroll in the program.
