Our cutting edge residential program provides a continuum of services for those who may be developmentally disabled, significantly learning disabled, and/or chronically mentally ill. Our goal is to optimize our residents’ potential, enabling them to lead fulfilling lives in a least restrictive environment. 

Adult Day Socialization Program at the Alpert JFS Center for Belonging and Wellbeing

We offer a warm and welcoming space where people with disabilities, inclusive of developmental disabilities and mental illness, can connect with others, and engage in meaningful activities.

Levine LifePlanning Program

The Melvin J. & Claire Levine LifePlanning® Program offers education, advocacy, consultation and emotional support to parents, siblings and caregivers of a family member with a disability.   This program encourages and assists in planning for the future.

Care Management

The Care Management Program utilizes professionals who specializes in assisting individuals with special needs, adults, older adults and their families in meeting long-term care arrangements. Alpert JFS care managers are all credentialed professionals with extensive experience working with individuals with special needs. 


The Counseling Program utilizes professionals to enable people experiencing emotional problems, relationship or family issues, or temporary stresses to stabilize or resolve these issues. Our experienced counselors and staff psychiatrist are here for you and your family.


The Guardianship Program manages the affairs of court mandated individuals who have been deemed unable to manage their own affairs.With court orders, our guardians assume certain rights of the Ward to make decisions about many aspects of daily life.

Pooled Trust

Alpert JFS’ Pooled Trust allows disabled individuals and seniors to place income and or assets that are over government benefit limit requirements for Medicaid into the trust, so that they can qualify for much needed government benefits and be instantly eligible.


The Psychiatry Program includes developmental consultation and treatment, comprehensive assessment, medication evaluation, management, and ongoing follow up monitoring.
