Just a few months ago, a mother of two came to Alpert JFS in crisis. She had less than $50 in her bank account. Her anxiety had become overwhelming, and she did not know how she would keep food on the table or care for her children.
“I feel like everything is falling apart, and I don’t know where to turn."
Because of donors like you, she is working again, her children are safe, and she is no longer facing that crisis alone.
Your Donation. Real Impact.
This Passover, you can make a gift to ensure that no one in our community has to face hardship alone.

Michael Goldberg Residential Passover Seder
Ferd & Gladys Alpert Jewish Family Service (Alpert JFS) and Melvin J. & Claire Levine Jewish Residential & Family Service (Levine JRFS) hosted the annual Michael Goldberg Residential Passover Seder on March 24, 2026, bringing together residents with disabilities, their families, and community members for a meaningful and inclusive holiday celebration.
Now in its 15th year, the seder honored the memory of Michael Goldberg, a former Levine JRFS resident.
Participants took part in traditional Passover rituals including reading from the Haggadah, asking the Four Questions, sharing blessings, singing, and celebrating the themes of freedom, belonging, and community.
The Seder was led by Rabbi Danielle Bensimhon of Temple Beth David in Jupiter
