This support group will help you:

  • Learn about abuse, power/control, and how to identify unhealthy relationships
  • Learn about the characteristics of an abuser and red flags
  • Set boundaries, increase self-esteem and practice self-care

This ongoing online support group meets every week – Wednesdays at 6:30 PM.

There is no fee. We are here to help you. A 10-week commitment is required to partcipate in the group.
