Back to School with Mentoring 4 Kids

A new school year brings new opportunities and Alpert Jewish Family Service is so proud to help students and their families start strong.
As students prepare to head back to the classroom, Alpert Jewish Family Service is helping ensure children in its Mentoring 4 Kids program have the tools they need for a successful school year.
During its annual Back-to-School Giveaway, Alpert JFS provided backpacks, school supplies, and school uniforms to children and families from across Palm Beach County. The event supports participants in the organization’s Mentoring 4 Kids (M4K) program, which pairs children ages 6 to 14 who have experienced the loss of a significant caregiver through death or divorce with carefully screened and trained adult mentors. These one-on-one relationships provide encouragement, stability, and support during a pivotal time in a child’s life.
