Students of Temple Israel learn about Food Insecurity, an issue affecting nearly 16,000 households in the Jewish Community. Students shopped for items themselves using Publix gift cards.

AJFS Director of Volunteer Leadership Belinda Lasky spoke to students and parents about how the AJFS Kosher Food Pantry works—from conducting an inventory to stocking shelves with donations of non-perishable food items, household supplies, and personal hygiene products.
