Holocaust Survivors Share Stories with Limestone Creek 5th Graders

Last week, three of our Holocaust survivors, Evelyn Grapek, Marie Steinaway, and Alex Metzger, visited Limestone Creek Elementary School in Jupiter to share their stories with nearly 200 fifth-grade students. Alpert JFS volunteer Joanne Baseman created the program at Limestone nearly 10 years ago, for students to meet and talk with local Holocaust survivors, hear their stories, and have the chance to ask questions.
